I got mine at Dicks on sale for $129. If it doesn't do anything for you, it only identifies some flaws after all, return it and get your money back. It helped me a lot, I think. But I can see how it will help high handicappers more.

Thanks for the insight. i really could not justify taking one back though, seems a bit dis-honest unless it was defective in some way. Reminds me of the story of the guy who had bought a chain saw and then took it back claiming it was just too hard to use. The salesman asked "how so?". The guy replied, "Well, I have been sawing on this log for half hour and have barely gotten half way through". The sales man then proceeded to fire the chain saw up when the customer exclaimed "What's that noise?"............:-O

There is one in the office where I work.

If I use the Five Simple Keys as a framework what does it help:

1 - Steady Head, nope it's not for this

2- Weight forward, nope it's not for this

3 - Flat left wrist (at impact), perhaps this

4- Diagonal Sweetspot Path, I don't think so

5 - Clubface Control, not really, maybe a little but it would be more efficient to just use the either side of the target drill with a regular club and ball

So maybe it would help with key 3?  If that is your problem, maybe it will help you.  I don't think it's necessary though.

I recently bought one because, honestly, I'm a horrible golfer. My slice is bad and figured what could hurt besides my wallet. I haven't had the time this week to hit the range but I feel like my swing is feeling better. I feel like my path is better and it help with weight transfer for me. I kept un-hinging it and I figured out why finally. I thought my downswing was starting from the ground up, but in reality it wasn't. I now am starting to feel the separation of hip bump and my shoulders compared to before and it helped with that. I will see if I actually got a little better on the range this weekend and keep you updated.

I have the Medicus 460CC hinged driver.  I take it out when I feel I'm getting too over aggresive when teeing off which usually results in a slice or a hook...which is my hands getting ahead of my hips...To me the club makes sure you don't rush either your back swing or down swing.....what I also like about the club is you can actually drive the ball with it...after a few swings my pace slows down forces me to use my lower body more which is my main problem...I like the club it's one of my better golf gadgets...hope this has been helpful..
