Does your home course have course ratings and slope for the different tees? If not, I don't know what you do to post scores.

The op said an official handicap.  There is nothing on that site that indicates that it is a USGA licensed service, without which the handicap they give you is not official.

I'll be charitable and assume you just do not understand the difference between an official handicap and an unofficial handicap.  But you really need to stop flacking unofficial handicap sites when OPs are asking for places to get an official handicap, IMO.

But then again, what the hell do I know?
