His swing looks like it has some baseball fundamentals to it. But where does the pre-shot routine come from? hahaha

Yes, he does that in every shot he takes, except putts of course.

He doesn't putt like that? Sissy!

But how does he score?

Crap of course. He doesn't even play to a handicap. When I first starting playing I played one time with him and I don't think I'll ever do it again. He can hit the ball all right, but most of the time it slices, and if it doesn't, it doesn't go any far. My PW shot can go farther than his drive.

He usually plays alone, but he sometimes pairs with another guy in his 20's but who is a little bit mentally unstable and who also has a remarkable swing, not as remarkable as this one of course but still strange.

The pros at the club tried giving him tips, one even offered to give him free lessons just so he could fix his golf, he totally refuses and insists this is the correct swing and that he "learned it in Scotland".

He can't have invented it, he must have learned it somwhere by someone. I just wonder who!!

You also need to take a look at his bag, he plays with vintage clubs. He has clubs that date to the late 1800's, wooden shafts and wooden grips and stuff. He just recently got a new Cleveland Monster XLS (or whatever its called) driver and that's the one he is using in that video. He gained some extra distance using it compared to the wooden head vintage drivers has used to play.

wow...he's like an older adam sandler in happy gilmore...and his wind up is like a ticking time bomb about to EXPLODE when he hits the ball. hahaha
i love the hank haney project.... BUT
ever since i started watching it...i noticed my swing coming in way too steep...and the other day at the range....i swear i either chunked or thinned 1/4 of the balls.......
