How do you grip your putter

I use a reverse overlap as well, with the grip resting in the palms of my hands, not my fingers. I get a better feeling of sandwiching the putting grip between my hands this way and it eliminates most of the wrist action.

Interlock, like the full swing, but with both thumbs down the centerline.

Reverse overlap variant. Left index finger overlapping most of right hand; right pinky overlapping left hand between 2nd and ring fingers. Right index finger extended but curled round lower putter grip.

Does that make any sense?

Putting: 10 finger, baseball grip

I used to putt this way, recently changed to a reverse overlap grip and am much more consistant with my distances.

After having a dream about reverse overlap two nights ago I decided to give it a try and love it. I had one of the most fun practice sessions yesterday that I've had in a long time. Not only did it help with me getting the ball to the hole, but it helped a great deal in starting my putt on line. I think with the ten finger grip I'd been using, there was just a little too much play with my right hand through impact. And more often than not, that play lead to my right hand closing down the clubface. Having the hands "connected" with the reverse overlap helps keep control.

I use the reverse grip with the left hand on the bottom. I learned it like two years ago and have been using it ever since. You never break your wrist this way. No overlap,

A claw grip(slightly modified). It completely change my putting game. I was having a bad putting round one day and just randomly tried it and I couldn't believe how well I stroked the ball. Haven't looked back since. Some people say it's not good for lag puts, but I don't have any issues.

Interlock, both thumbs facing down shaft, and right index finger pionting down the shaft. I also choke down on my 35" putter about 1". I should probably go get a putter that fits me, but I've had this one for about 15 yrs and I've gotten a bit attached to it.
