New to the site. I hope to learn a few things to improve my game. That should not be too hard.

One thing that I could use is tips on loosening up the lower back. As some of us know the back stiffens up as we get older. So any help would be appreciated.

Also, anyone looking for a great course in western Michigan should come over and try ours. The Detroit newspaper rated it a 4 star last year.

I grew up in the Montague area and my parents still live there; always nice to see a West Sider! What course was rated that high?

The course is Stonegate golf club. It is located off of M120 on the way from Muskegon to Twin Lake. We have lived here for over 2 years and love the course, club management and the wildlife that abounds. Here is a link to the site.

If you ever get back come on over and play a great course. We are originally from Wisconsin and have lived all over the US, but the western part of Michigan is a hidden gem. We are 10 minutes from lake Mi, wildlife abounds, and we live on a great golf course. The course doubles as our cross country playground in the winter. Jim

They have some pretty good pain relievers that could do that for you. jk jk. Theirs plenty of swing methods that take pressure of your back such as the bring your back forward technique but you could also try stretching before you go out. heres some useful stretches...
