Seriously, I could hit it 2 hundred with one arm.

Extremely unlikely.

I believe you are 14. I also believe that you hit the ball that far, it's not otherworldly.

Also, 5'10" is 9 inches taller, and 170 is 35 lbs heavier than Tadd Fujikawa. That's nowhere near the same thing. Do you hold a personal vendetta against punctuation or something?

Tad is not really 5'1". I've seen him around the island before (i live in hawaii and on the same island he does) and he is not much shorter than me and i'm 5'8". I'd guess he's probably 5'5" or something.

He is also not as nice or happy as he seems on tv. Ever heard of napoleon complex or "short-man's syndrome?" well, he has it.

Haha, that's kind of funny. I guess it's like how basketball/football rosters beef up their players to be taller/heavier... except the exact opposite. He sure looks stubby on TV, but I've definitely never seen him in person.

Just kidding man!! I am just going by what I heard during the tournament. I have personally never seen him. Wikipedia also has him at 5'1".

He's pretty darn short (height, not off the tee). I don't know about 5'1", but 5'3" sounds good. Maybe that's with his hat on.

So what you are saying is that the Golf Channel just straight up lied on national t.v. in front of all the fans?

It's probably happened before....

The PGA website also shows that same statistics. Where do you think the Golf Channel gets their stats during tournament?

I don't know. But if you don't think they buff stats then you're being naive. Every sport does it to some extent, to make their players look better.

Come on man, give me a break. The conspiracy theories are in every sport and are very lame statements to make. Unless you sit out there for the whole week and actually use GPS to determine his drives and get the average yourself, then you have nothing to go by other than the stats at PGA or The Golf Channel or wherever.

Guys thinking that these stats are wrong are being naive....or hating, whichever way you want to look at it. He did it....it doesn't make "you" any less of a player.

Haha, yes maybe 5'3" is a good height to agree on (right in the middle of 5'1" and 5'5"). Tad definitely is a short guy, but as everyone on this thread has seen (or at least read here) he has quite a bit of power. I think it just goes to show that you don't have to be in incredible shape like Tiger to be long.

He is 5 foot 1 inch.
Why are people just adding a couple of inches to his height? He is TINY.

He is 5 foot 1 inch.

Because they need to have a reason to argue the fact that a guy that small can hit it that much farther than them

    • I think there's a difference between taking time over the ball and taking time to play a shot, at least IMO. One thing I've noticed in a few guys I play with who take a long time over the ball to pull the trigger, is that their backswing is really fast and I think it makes it harder to have a smooth rhythmic down swing. It's almost like they take so long to swing that when they do they speed to catch up. Doesn't lead to good golf IMO.

    • As long as it's from a reputable seller it should be just fine. Just make sure the picture of the weight looks the right shaped weight for that specific driver head. You can even weigh it yourself when you get it if you want to be extra sure. Personally I don't consider $15 for something that can greatly change your impact and delivery characteristics to be "not cheap" but that's just my opinion. Especially since you know it's bringing it closer to what you were fit into and you're already saving a bunch of money by going the used/prior model year route too.
