I currently use a Mizuno MX 200 hybrid and it is alright, but i think i could upgrade. I like the Mizuno CLK FLi hi (the hybrid one, not the one that looks like an iron), the Taylor Made Rescue, and the Titleist 909H.

Feedback would be much appreciated

I voted for the Titleist.

Not saying a thing in the world wrong with the others...in fact I really like the TM Rescues....but I'm a high handicapper.

If I were a 6 who struck it solidly there is no doubt.....Titleist. I play with a 3 hcp once a month or more who games a Titleist hybrid (2 or 3). He absolulety flushes this stick.

I agree with Dub. I think the Titleist hybrid is a GREAT option for lower handicaps.

It will probably be my next hybrid.

I have the 909 3W and love it. When I was deciding on hybrids the 909 was at the top of my list... but the Nickent beat it out. You should check out some Nickents, they surprised me after I was almost set with the 909. They are also a little cheaper - a new one will run you $100 while a 909 would be like $180... just a guess.

IMHO, you're shorting yourself by not considering the Bobby Jones or Adams hybrids.

yeah the adams are really underrated being the #1 hybrid on tour, plus they are cheaper

I didnt vote for any of them as I cannot personally recommend them.

What I would recommend would be the Bobby Jones hybrid. I purchased one a couple of weeks ago, I've had bad experiences in the past with hybrids. For some reason every hybrid I've tried until the Bobby Jones hybrid has been difficult to hit out of a tight lie on the fairway....that doesnt make much sense.

When I saw how thin the face was on the BJ hybrid I knew I could get underneath it with this thing.

I had an amazing shot from about 200 yards out the other day, elevated green, bunkers in front and I hit this thing pure....very high with very very little roll, just what you would want from about 200yds out.

I am in love with this club...cant wait to buy another.

Thanks everyone! Some of you have suggested Adams and Bobby Jones hybrids which i had ruled out because they both make larger sized clubs and i didnt really want that, but now i will reconsider. So far the titleist seem the winner and i had expected that. The Golfers Warehouse near me doesnt have Titleist products and they seems to be closing so i will go searching.

You might want to look at Nickent too. 3Dx's are a great club and are widely available for about $50 or so these days.

I've been looking at possibly a Bobby Jones 2H. Anyone have experience with this club. Kinda looking at something I can hit out of the rough, off the deck and off the tee, replacing a 2 iron or 5 wood. Looking to hit it anywhere from 210-220 or so.

The Bobby Jones hybrids are definitely NOT larger sized clubs. They look big in their photos but you need to see one in person.

I have a Bobby Jones 2H and its the best I hybrid I've ever purchased (absolutely hated the Nikes) . For me it works best in the tall grass and I can get a low stinger of about 200 yards, lots of roll. Good for getting out of the trees. Its really amazing how it cuts through the junk.

Do a search here, someone found them for about $90 on sale at a online store, about what I paid for mine on Ebay. If I were to buy another, I wouldn't hesitate going with the B. Jones.

When I went out to get my 3 hybrid I tried the Mizuno, Titleist, Adams, and the Taylormade. For me I just hit the Taylormade consistently, and felt great swinging it. Since I've got it I've struggled a bit with it, but am slowly getting better and more confident with it.
