I'm From Lumber Bridge, NC, about 30 miles from Pinehurst. I recently got back into golf more seriously after about a 13 year break, so I'm just reading up a little, trying to get caught back up. I've played about 4 rounds since I picked back up the clubs, and have been keeping legitimate scores to gauge how I'm doing. Todays round was a 108, counting every stroke, but it's starting to come back to me quickly. I'm starting to hit well off the tees again, boy has driver technology come a long way in the past 15 years!!! I'm hitting longer and straighter off the tee than I ever did before. My hybrids are also working well for me. Irons are new, and I'm hitting them decent about 50% right now. Wedges are my nemesis right now, just can't seem to get them right. I also can't putt again yet, but I'm working on it.

In my bag right now:

Driver: TaylorMade Burner 9.5
3 Wood: Callaway FT-i
Hybrids (4 and 5): Maxfli BlackMax
Irons: Callaway X22's
Wedges: Leftovers from 15 years ago, soon to be TaylorMade RACs
Putter: TaylorMade Itsy Bitsy Spider

Welcome back to the game!!!!

Feels pretty good, doesn't it?
