I didnt count Phil out, but face'n the GOOSE isn't a 'gimme' I did think a sure shot for the INTL team will be VJ, Els and Clark. The rest will, I think, be tight.

O'Hair really showed up today. He was putting like a monster. Must be pretty sweet to be one of the top ballstrikers in the game, have a young back AND get great putting pointers from Tiger and Phil. Tim Clark really impressed me....yet again.

This was the first year I watched it and I enjoyed it. I don't think I have watched so much golf in 4 days!! It was good to see Mickelson playing well again. O'Hair manned up today and stuck it to Els. Same with Cink. I never knew Clark was so good. He is one hell of a player.

Random thoughts

Phil was so good on Saturday alternate shot the O'hare couldn't a ball bad enough that phil couldn't recover

Tiger is woods maybe the most clutch preformer ever, Reference must make birdie on 17 and lazer 4 iron on 18...that match was huge to the Internationals

Steve Stricker just himself a 5 year excemption to the Ryder cup and Presidents cup after this week.

3' are not gimmes on 18....

Tim Clarke with a wedge is scary stuff

more golfers need to play like Angel Cabrera...i love watching him. no BS, look at it and bam the ball is in the air.

did anyone notice the conversation between tiger and Stricker on Saturday morning. First hole alternate shot. SS turn to hit about 250 to pin...SS says something like "hit a draw", Tiger responds with Str8 face "you could take a 3 high and cut it over the tree" SS looks at him like he is high, laughs and says "ugh no..." It was a classic exchange between Tiger and a mere mortal....

That is funny. I have no valid excuse for it. My fingers aren’t near as fast as my mind…compound that with the evils of text messaging and a nonstop string of email through the day and it isn’t always pretty…LOL
