I'm currently using a Cleveland FL 17*.  They list it as a High Launch 3 Wood, but 17* is a 4 Wood, no matter how you label it.

I've had the R9 and R11 4 Wood, but neither gave me the reliable performance of the Cleveland.  The Miyazaki C.Kua stock shaft is one of the best stock shafts on the market.

I use a 17° TaylorMade RBZ 3HL, which is essentially a 4 wood... I love it.

Ping G15 17*4 wood. Love the versatility, used to carry a 3 & 5 but this replaces them both and makes room for an extra wedge.

In my Sun Mountain 14 Way Stand Bag:

I don't have a fairway wood right now... But a 4-wood might be the play... I have a Driver then I skip to 2i... Thinking about an exotics xcg3 4w though

I had a Callaway 3 & 5w hyper x in my bag that I never once hit a decent shot off of. ...never hit a wood well in general for that matter. I basically gamed a driver then dropped to a 3i if I was feeling lucky... maybe higher. Just bought a used titleist 4w 904f 17* that I immediately began crushing 230yds straight, right off the mat. DG S300 stiff shaft. Cannot wait to play a round with it. Funny thing is that it's a few years older than my Callaways. Sometimes it is the arrow after all!

I would like to thank my many sponsors:

Cobra Amp 9.5* Driver; Aldila RIP Stiff 55g shaft

Titleist 904f 17* 4W; S300 shaft

Callaway X-22 3-P, reg flex, 1/2" long, 2* up

Titleist Vokey 252.08 & 256.14 wedges; standard

Ping Anser Putter (because it gives me the confidence I need to 4 putt)

Winn Dri-Tac Jumbo grips all around

Top-flite Gamer V2 ball

I'm 6'4", 210lbs, 34yo.
