I believe the format had four groups of four and you played each player in your group once with the top qualifier making it to the semis. So if AK wins 2 and loses 1 and the rest don't do as well then he advances.

Scott Strange had to win 4 up to pass Kim on holes won. That 3 wood on 18 was a very valuable shot in terms of money won.

The announcers commented on the odd format and how it should be changed. Watched Kim vs Allenby and Fischer vs Cabrera yesterday. Kim's game was definitely on. Looking forward to watching the final.

some very good golf in the final from both Fisher and AK but the difference was that Fisher hardly missed a putt, AK missed too many putts from inside 6 feet! good final though still, especially on the first 18, congrats fish!

I was pulling for AK but his game just wasn't with him . .especially his putting. Good show by Ross Fisher. Not one of the most epic battles of all time but solid golf all the way around.

I'm very glad Anthony Kim smoked Allenby. Allenby's comments were very crude.

But did anybody see the Consolation match at the end when they shook hands. Allenby tried complimenting Cabrera, as most people do at the end (excluding Paddy Harrington & Sergio). Cabrera barely made eye contact. Talk about being a jerk.
