Some of the Callaway Tour drivers have an open face:

Hmm, I heard a store salesman telling someone that Mickelson played a BB Diablo, but it was probably with a face way open, as opposed to the closed faces on amatuer clubs. I guess the moral here is to never listen to salesmen.

Many (many) years ago, Lee Trevino has an article in one of the golf mags about how he carried two drivers during the Master's. Same strategy as Phil M.

I have no problem with draw-biased drivers for the 20+ handicaps who can't fix their slice. If they haven't fixed it before now and a club might help them out, why not? Most higher handicaps I know play 5-10 times a year, and never go to the range, so fixing their swing path isn't an option with that amount of practice. And nothing is more demoralizing than playing on a windy day and tossing up high, weak fades/slices all day long. No, it's not the perfect fix. But if there was a club that was the perfect fix for someone hitting slices all the time, I'd learn to hit slices all the time and buy it.

My point is that nothing will work perfect. It's one of many theories that works for some people. They wouldn't keep making them if people didn't keep buying them.

I dont like draw biased drivers or woods although sometimes i do hit a lot of push fade.
I believed in working on the correct swing.

My irons are zero offset.

Some how I feel that my hybrids has too much offset .
