We had our Bi-monthly presentations last Sunday lunchtime in the clubhouse.Sitting there with a few pals throwing a few beers down the neck as you do on such occasions.When I suddenly "Got it" the secret of golf,the holy grail,the tip to end all tips.
Winners
Dec mid week stableford......Not present
mid week medal .........Not present
Weekend Medal.........Out on he course
Weekend stableford.....In the nets
Jan Mid week stableford......Out on the course
Mid week medal.........Not present
Weekend Medal On the driving range
Weekend stableford.....Not present

Winners of past tournaments were not at the bi-monthly meeting. Either they just weren't there or they were practicing on the course or the range. Thread indicates that winners don't sit around swilling beers.

It is such a shocking discovery that the guys who are winning everything are the ones who practice more......
