Hey guys,

I have always had a problem with co ordinating my hand and body movements during the swing. My bad habit t to let my hands get behind me by not turning my body on the backswing.

Im just curious as to what drills you guys can recommend. I have one that I work on but trying to hopefully find one that can help it stick.

There's a good exercise Harmon does with Phil in Golf Digest's Tips Plus Video Library (April). I've been doing it for two weeks and I'm already starting to find the middle of my irons.

Hey guys,

I'd say make sure your triceps are connected to the torso throughout the swing. The hands move on a circle and at the top of the swing the left arm should be 30-40* inside the stance line.
