I use my Iphone, it's not ideal, but it gets the job done since I can slow down the swing on the computer.

I video about ten minutes worth of swings every day I go to the range...

PS- when I ask what about good quality and value I mean excellent video quality. I want to have great clarity and no blur during the swing.

Chose no on the poll but realized I do have a digital camera capable of decent video. Have never filmed my swing though. Always kind of figured I know my swing has flaws, but why bother changing what I've been doing for years and have learned to use pretty efficiently. Now that I'm getting kind of serious about my game again though I might have to try it out and post it so you guys can tear it apart. Scared what I might find...

Seeing videos on youtube with the super slow video (casio cameras) makes me want to buy one.

Once you guys see your swing, do you guys completely change your swing to make it look pretty? ala Adam Scott style

I have a Canon G11 that I bought for photography, but have used it to record my swing.

You don't need a tripod for the camera. Like another member posted, just buy a Gorillapod and attach it to your golf bag.

Just bought a Kodak Playsport that supposedly does 60fps in 720. I also got a gorrilapod type tripod. We'll see how it works, but I'm excited!

Do you guys have any suggestions at good priced cameras with high fps? I'd like to ideally go even further than 60 fps to really be able to see it in slow motion. How much would such cameras go for? Kind of a newbie when it comes to cameras. Not really my thing :/

No, I do not. But every 4 weeks I get a lesson so he uses the video every time there.

I have a Blackberry that can take video and I have a Mini DVD Camera that I'm going to use at home. I need all the help I can get!!

      Great year last year. Who winning this year could be another special story? Brooks? Spieth? Or Aberg? An AM? I dont know if anything could top last year

      I love Rancho Park too!  I don't get out there much due to the 405 issues (Im in Santa Clarita) but I do try and get out there every now and then...last time out was in January where I eagled 17 (left green) with a holed 145 yard third shot ! Rancho is a great course! And at 24 bucks weekday with the city card, an absolute steal!

      I have played PGA West, at least one or two courses in there, but I am not sure if I've played any of the courses used to host the Hope. I played a course that I think both isn't PGA West and is host to the Hope a few years ago, possibly at a TST outing, but I'm not sure if I'm thinking of the right one. I have played Rancho Park plenty of times (exactly half of my sub-80 rounds were there!) and Wilson/Harding.  Rancho Park might be my favorite golf course among those I've played more than a half dozen times.   Hopefully I'll get a chance to play TPC Scottsdale, maybe this August or September, and at some point I think there was a PGA Tour event in Las Vegas, I should get up there and play those course(s).
