Towel under left arm

For a right handed player have you ever practiced this drill, swinging a club with a towel under the left arm pit to stay connected.

I thought it was under the right arm pit.

I've never actually put anything under there. But, I've been working on the feeling of holding something in my right arm pit on my backswing. It definitely keeps me from getting out of shape on the way back.

Yes. My pro had me do that during one of my lessons to help keep me connected.

you can do both arm pits. give it a shot, you can even try keeping both towels from dropping thru the entire swing.

Never done the left armpit, just the right.

put a towel under your left armpit, and you'll be topping and slicing the ball in no time flat!

you can do it both arms, and not to brag but it just happens in my swing, i like staying connected, leads to more consitency.
