From this deep, it's gonna be tough not to shank it.

Let the right elbow fold up off your chest a bit more and keep your hands more in front of your shirt buttons more. Then you won't have to shove the hosel toward the golf ball late in the downswing.

Thanks iacas.

When you say "keep your hands more in front of your shirt buttons", at which part of the swing should I be doing this?

The parts shown. Your hands get too "deep." Too far left in those images. Then you have to push them out to the right in very little time, resulting in a lot of shanking.

I see. So more steep/vertical. Thanks! I will work on this.

Probably, but not necessarily. You could keep the hands a similar height, and just have them less "left" or less "deep."

But they'll probably go a bit higher, too, yes.

Trying to slow my backswing down and get it less flat....still too fast and still too flat. Also trying to figure out why my irons are short. I have a decent clubhead speed ~115mph with driver, and good distance, but my irons don't seem to be going as far as they should.

I should probably get a face on view to see if I'm flipping. This shot was actually decent. 6 iron 190, flush, but blocked it.

Loads of good moves in there from what I can see. FYI - it'd really help if you could tidy up the camera angles (the camera should be pointing down the line of your feet (see middle image) to help with us seeing the angles. I'm no expert, but I would imagine your problems start in the takeaway - as @iacas says, you get your hands too deep. If you look at the stills below, particularly the red line in the third imagine, which you'd really want going through the ball, the club is really deep about halfway through your backswing. If you tried to hit a neutral position at A2, that'd really help:

I've always liked using Justin Rose as a comparison - if you check your position compared to yours, you should be able to see the difference.

Currently focusing on: Key 4 - shorter backswing.
