I know I'm in the minority here, but I like ol' Johnny Miller. Sure, he is a little arrogant at times, and I hated his comment towards Justin Leonard at the 1999 Ryder Cup. But for the most part, he just speaks his mind regardless of what others think. I like that quality.

And to be fair, he isn't the only one who isn't fond of the U.S. Ryder Cup team. I'm a little indifferent about the team, but I think the teams are pretty even for the most part.

i enjoy Johhny on TV, but did you catch any of the TV Analyst Golf match this weekend. I also like MaCord, but did anyone else get the sense that by the second or third hole, everyone, including his partner Lanny Wadkins, wanted to kill him? I mean by the 9th hole he had all but shut up as he got his ass hannded to him by Miller and Maltby

Macdriver, my golf isn't good enough to cop an attitude, but if I felt I was the better golfer I would find it difficult to make happy talk while playing poorly. Of course there is a big difference between happy talk and being a jerk? Was he just quietly sulking or was he rude to the other golfers.?

    • From what I’ve read, it was in the manufacturing process and how the covers were nicking pretty easy.  He has had to resource his factory as the one used earlier is now a TM owned facility.  Initial reports seem to indicate the redesign is going to be a winner…
    • Day 129: 5/4/24 Stack training but could not certify my warmup speed. Dealing with a pulled neck muscle. Chips and pitches at a local course for about 15 minutes.
    • Typically less than 50. I find this can be affected by the "CART" signs on a given course. I don't like taking my rangefinder out of the cart and carrying it around to the green. I am very fearful I will leave it somewhere.
    • First ever holed out greenside bunker shot! It's crazy it took this long to finally get one during a round, but the cold streak is officially over. Hole 6 on the Palmer Course at PGAN. I hit my driver like 225 into a really stiff wind, then worm burned a hybrid into the bunker. I was about I dunno, 40-45 feet away. Birdie! Let's go! The red Xs the approximate location of each shot.  Really fun!!
    • Day 23: Rained all day, so no ball hitting. Worked indoors on top of the backswing feel, and also putted around the living room working on bead.
