Any thoughts on that? I actually think that it's not a complete piece of crap, and it honestly looks really cool, not to mention the name sounds sweet. Plus, it's not a $300 cameron, so maybe some of us can afford it? I'm not sure. Your thoughts: send em.

I want to sell my putter for it. I hit it once and didn't care for it but then hit it again and again at Golfsmith and am hooked...

I tried one a couple of days ago, while I like the white color I am not a fan of that particular model.

I was trying it at the golf store and really liked the balance and alignment. It was just too similar to my Rossie 2 to justify $159.

Hate the look of this putter. Looks big and clunky and the white color is ridiculous. Never hit it and probably never will as I feel that looks are very important as far as inspiring confidence in your putter, and as I said the looks of this one are not for me.

It might look big and clunky to you, but it is neither big nor clunky. Get your vision checked.

Are you 12? 20/20 vision with no corrective lenses/contacts here bud. Sorry if I insulted your favorite putter or something.

If you had bothered to read, bud, you would have seen that I don't even like the ghost putter. The fact remains that it isn't a large putter.

If you don't have a Cameron, you really can't be that serious about putting, can you?

Every few years there seems to be a new putter concept craze - be it that 2-ball Odyssey thing or some other weird thing.

I think I'll sit this one out, too.

I've tried it out a couple times in the shop over the last week or two. It's a very nice putter, and they priced it well. It's in extremely high demand and $159 slots it at the upper end of the majority of putters, but at the very low end of premium putters. It aligns nicely, and objectively, it is not a very large mallet. Not giving up my Scotty for it...but I'd put one into play without hesitation.

I did read - every reply before mine in fact - and I couldn't care less how you feel about the putter. The fact is, as a rounded mallet style putter, compared to my BLADE putter it appears very large and clunky to me - COMPARATIVELY is the key word here. And the fact remains I have perfect vision, thanks.

So you don't like mallets. Seems kind of silly to go into a thread about one to point out that you think mallets are large and clunky-doesn't offer any help or insight to people interested in this

particular mallet putter . I think the Method is overpriced, especially since it's made in China, but who cares?

Does it also seem silly to jump on a guy and tell him to "get his vision checked" b/c he expresses his opinion about a putter? Maybe that's normal around here, in which case I guess I joined the wrong forum.

didnt say I didnt like mallets. My last putter was a mallet and I liked it just fine. I dont like the appearance of the Corza - and as I said before, appearance is a big thing for me as far as inspiring confidence in my putter. That is all. And I think the Method is overpriced as well, that's why I only bought it with a $100 discount. However, overpriced, built in China, or not it is an awesome putter and has the best feel of any putter I've ever laid my hands on. And yes, who cares.

I don't like the putter but the color is cool. But don't think this is the first white putter out there, because it's not.

Alright, I am going to go check one out at lunch. *All it takes is a forum thread and I am off and running*

    • By today’s standards that’s certainly true, but they weren’t having any trouble hitting golf balls in 2005 so I’ve equipped myself with what was among the very best equipment around that time for a very reasonable investment. If I get to the point where I feel like I’ve outgrown that stuff, I’ll reward myself with something more current. But for now I don’t need adjustable loft and lie and modern head shape, just a good quality, proven club with a clean club face. For now I’m going to concentrate on the basics. I know you can get more yardage with newer woods, but I don’t care about distance nearly as much as consistency, and you can’t buy that for any price.

    • Because you're twisting it to hold it open. Forearms, etc. shouldn't be all that tense at setup.
