Simplest (or most silly) swing thought/key?!?!

Yesterday my best shots were the ones after bad shots where I told myself not to think at all and just hit it. I crushed a few that way.

In my mind I am singing a Beastie Boys song over every shot - "Let it flow, Let yourself go, Slow and low, That is the tempo." It gets me in a groove.

It has to be ,not thinking about the swing,as my game is a mess,however,the other day,my nephew and I had a fallout (family matter) on the 4th hole a par five,he is a big hitter,evry time we play ,the other members of the four say wow wish I could hit like that,with me sullking in the shadows.anyway he teed off and it was one of his usual long hits,my turn to tee off,I was so angry with him,I was only thinking of the argument,hit the ball,straight as a die,futher than him,and he said it,he would have been happy to hit it as far,"oh my god ,I just thought,to get to single figures,I might have to have a punch up on every hole"

The simplest swing thought that comes to mind is Sam Sneed's waltz music that he thought about for tempo. I used to know a club pro that every time he got quick he would start singing the opening lines to the Brady Bunch.
