Ping G15 Irons vs Titleist DCI Oversize+ Irons

So took out my old Titleist DCI Oversize+ Irons and took them to the range, they are a Regular Flex, compared to the G15's they are much closer to a blade style even though they are still considered GI irons, but overall I seem to hit them a little better. With the Titleist irans you know when you hit it perfect and when you have an off hit, def feedback.

Back in the day I played the DCI's and did fairly well, maybe old is better?

You are comparing 2 differents cows. The ping G15 has just as much workability and feedback as the dead feeling DCI. It is just a different feeling.

I just bought the G15's this winter, and love them.. I did have a older nike set NDS. and by switching I bet i gained 15+ yards... or my swing has gotten a whole lot better..LOL

I replaced DCI 962s with Ping G5s. The 962s were more of a players iron and still i can do everything better with the pings fwiw.

Not sure but the lofts are probably a few degrees stronger on the Pings.

Most older clubs of even ten years ago have loft differences of 2-3 degrees. I play half DCI 990's and have CB's, it's working out really well for me.
