I've taken five lessons with Bill Leposa at Holbrook Country Club and like him alot. He's a really good guy and has really helped me to learn how to swing a club and get consistent results, especially with my irons. He doesn't just tell you what to do, he explains why and what you should feel which is important when you're practicing and need to make adjustments. He does use video, but not every lesson. Lessons are $45 for 1/2 hour, and $195 for 5. http://www.holbrookccgolf.com/index.cfm
