Yes. What about the video of the girl hitting an apple with a golf club and it hits the guy in the face and breaks his nose. (look it up)

it couldn't have been a real golf ball

was probably a foam one or something.

Nobody would be stupid enough to stand in-front of a driver shot like that. There's always a few people every year that die from it.

Oh, that's where you're wrong. Never underestimate the amount of stupidity in the world.

I checked it out. Crazy. Why people do things like that?

On one hand I think there should be a law against such idiotic stunts and the involved parties should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. On the other hand, I think it should be allowed to continue unabated because it's a perfect example of "natural selection" at work....just think of it as tossing a little chlorine into the gene pool!

That would've done alot more damage if that was a real ball. Plus that sound wasn't a real ball.

Waiting out the 2 feet of snow that just dropped on the course....

Back when I was 13 I thought I was safe off to the side of a tee box.

I was about that far forward of the player teeing off and got hit just below the ribs by a nasty hook.

I will claim that that bruise looks like the same one I received. In two days I will guarantee it turned purple and the pain got worse.

I didn't squirm on the ground like that little girl did though. I also finished my round.

Unfortunately, natural selection does not work fast enough as you can see from far too many idiots in the world. :-p

    • After a bit of a lean spell managed to birdie stroke hole one, long par five. Ball striking best it’s been for a while short game exactly the opposite. Had so many opportunities to post good scores last three or four games, failed miserably😀
    • Would You Rather #69 For this question let's assume you are playing whatever tournament is important to you.  Would you rather finish second in your tournament but be remembered for a huge mistake you make right at the end.  or  Would you rather play solidly in your tournament, but you still finish outside the top 25, and are never really in contention.  Incidentally, this happed to a friend of mine many years ago at the tournament I play every year. He was leading the tournament coming into the last hole, where he took two to get out of a greenside bunker and then three-putted his way to second place. He hasn't really been in contention again since.
    • I hate that I agree with this. But the guy is like a Ferrari with four flat tires trying to go 200 mph. Bad things can only come from that. He turns 50 on December 30th. I wonder how long Golf Cart Tiger lasts out there.
    • When you’ve resorted to this type of stuff, hang ‘em up.
