Differs from player to player.  Increase the pressure into the ground with your left foot.  "Crush the can" feel.  That will get the hips forward and keep the head centered.

This is a good vid of Charlie, watch how his left knee works from the top of the bs.  Stays flexed and moves forward, and then extends.

That's a good video. I am going to play it back tonight several times while I practice my swing in the living room.

My Tools of Ignorance:

I love the post/door frame drill that Dave has on youtube. Getting that feeling of the separation of the hips and the upper body is key in my opinion. That way you don't get the upper center traveling with the hips. Once you get that feeling I think a lot of people need to feel the shoulders stay closed longer during the downswing. Give the hips time to do their job.
