I'm not a golf noob as I started playing around 1994 or so, but I'm definitely a hacker. I've been doing a ton of private lessons at TRGC and have played there some, and am working hard to ditch the hacker status. Playing there tomorrow barring heavy rains they are calling for...

Here is my little home course in Minnesota it is even the home course for my high school team and I work as a cart valet here in the summer. The course isn't very long, but the greens are fast and always have some break to it. Water is every where (13 holes) so you need to know where to miss to stay in play without any penalties. Enjoy!

    • That makes more sense thanks.  I'll give it a go.  That other video really helps.  Will post another video once I practice it a bit and appreciate the help as always.
    • Day 25: range and putting session. Worked about an hour at the range. Filmed a bit - think some progress but need more. Then went and worked on putts within 10 feet for about 20 minutes.

    • Day 45 (22 Apr 26) - good friend wanted to play the Weds shootout. Glad we did as I had the most consistent round in a while - 38/41 for a 79 (first sub 80 in months): 27 putts, 9 pars (7 were up and down 1 putts), 8 bogies, 1 birdie and 0 dbls or worse!  This is the 1st full round where I’ve not had at least one dbl (or worse) and 0 penalties.  I also came 1 hole from having “no sixes” (bogied the par five 16th).  All the drills came together today for a solid round.
    • Day 568 - 2026-04-22 Created a 33-minute playlist and paused it while I stopped. I mostly did some backswing and a little downswing work with the mirror. This got me most of the way through the playlist, so then I chopped for a good 15 or 20 minutes.
