Drill looks good but awkward.

That's a teaching basket. Holds about 500 balls, IIRC.

I don't know that this is a "Drill" in the typical sense but when I'm not doing real practice one of the things I like to do is try to repeat my swing in "slow motion" meaning I try to learn how to slow my swing down so that I can stop it at any point and see where the club, and parts of my body are at that point in the swing. It isn't perfect as it is honestly impossible to repeat a fast motion super slow but I have found at least 3-4 things that I could correct doing this and I think it is a valuable skill to learn. It lets to get a feel for where your hands and body should be at some critical points in the swing. Such as when the club becomes parallel with the ground in the downswing or at contact.

Another maybe not real drill but still something I find useful is when I'm practicing something new in my swing, I never end a practice session with anything less then 5 good swings in a row. A lot of golf is confidence and consistency. I want to feel good about each swing I take before I take it so I want to make every practice session end on a good note and In reality nothing you learn in golf does you any good unless you can repeat is at least 7-8 out of 10 times, so this is a good way to ensure that I can repeat something. I'm sure it makes the people who own my range happy too...

My third not really a drill tip is to take time between swings in practice. I used to hit balls at the range like a mad man, Id hit one bad then the next 20 would follow instantly. Reality is 18 holes takes about 4 hours and even if you shoot a 100 that's still about 2.4 minutes between shots on average. Taking time between shots is A) realistic and B) keeps you calmer so you actually absorb what your doing. The old adage practice like you play applies to golf too.

I think drills really help you learn how to get a change in your swing that you want to incorporate down but I find these type of things In the end much more valuable because they will maintain your swing over time after the purpose of the drill you were doing has long been incorporated into your swing.
