What do you wear on your head?

I wear a Titleist baseball cap or, sometimes, an Old Navy baseball cap. I've never worn anything else, come to think of it, though sometimes I don't wear a hat. Those times are very, very rare - hats keep the wind, rain, and sun off my face.

Just my hair while I still have it.

I hear ya!

I've never been much of a visor person, and except for the pros, I almost never see anyone in a visor on the course. Who wears visors? Does anyone?

I'm actually a visor person, but only when the attire warrants it. :) I'm a big believer in having the hat match the wardrobe. My hat selections are as follows:

Light yellow cap w/ Atlanta Braves "A"
Tan cap with Chrysler Championship/Innisbrook logo
Tan visor with Bucs flag logo
Red visor with Bucs flag logo (free from the 49er's game)

I really want one of those orange Callaway visors .

The hat thing for me is mostly to keep the sun from coming in over the tops of my sunglasses. I keep my hair quite short so wind blowing isn't an issue.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. Light yellow Atlanta Braves hat? As Summer on The O.C. would say, "Ew." There is no yellow in the Braves' colors.

I am a visor person. Depending on the shirt color I will wear my red Arkansas Razorbacks visor or a light blue PGA Tour visor. I have plenty of caps as well, and a few other visors (a dark green and a dark orange) that I wear every now and again, but the red and blue get the most use.

You know where I could easily spend about $250 on hats? A Titleist outlet store!

I want about twenty of these... (okay, so that's about $400, but I'm hoping for a discount and a little bit of prudence!)

I have this old faded blue (the faded spots are more purple) Nike hat that I usually wear. Now that I am getting more mature (reads old), I am thinking of getting one of those straw(?) brim hats. I think Tom Watson wears one. My custom golfer on the Tiger Woods PGA Tour game has one, along with my likeness, and I kind of like the look. Yeah, I know, weird.

    • Day 430 - 2025-12-04 Slow motion backswings (with chippy shots) with AlmostGolf balls.
    • Day 24 (4 Dec 25) - Spent about an hour working with the new 55° wedge in the backyard.  Kept all shots to under 20yds.  Big focus - not decelerating thru downswing and keeping speed up with abbreviated backswing.  Nothing like hitting a low flighted chip with plenty of check spin and then purpose to float a pitch of similar distance.
    • Day 114 12-4 Put some work in on backswing, moving the hips correctly, then feeling over to lead side. Didn't hit any balls was just focused on keeping flowy and moving better. I'll probably do another session tonight and add in some foam balls.
    • Didn't say anything about your understanding in my post.  Well, if you are not insisting on alignment with logic of the WHS, then no.  Try me/us. What do you want from us then?? You are not making sense. You come here and post in an open forum, question a system that is constructed with logic, without using any of your own and then give us a small window of your personal experience to support your narrative which at first sight does not makes sense.  I mean, if you are a point of swearing then I would suggest you cut your losses and humor a more gullible audience elsewhere. Good heavens.
    • I have access to far more data (including surveys and polls) than you do with your anecdotes. I mean this as plainly and literally as possible: you’ve demonstrated that you do not. They would, one way or the other.
