Delete or move a Post?

How can I delete a post? I posted a thread in the Balls, Bags section but want to delete it (or move it too the proper section " Clubs"). Right now I just re-posted it in the appropriate section. But how do I delete the 1st?  I saw edit but is there no "delete"?

Of course not. That'd give power to users to delete entire threads.

Rather than creating a "dead" thread and duplicating it elsewhere as you did, next time please just ask that it be moved and a mod or admin will move it. You can ask by sending a PM or posting in the thread or editing the original post or something.

BTW, this thread's getting moved to "Tech Support." It's not an "Introduce yourself" type of thread.
