Very Nice. I dont' have any Nike clubs yet..... but maybe I will consider how they took care of your need. I'm about to buy new clubs for 5 tournaments this year and so for haven't had a chance to really test drive the Nike product. Leaning towards other products at the moment.

I have had great experiences with Nike as well. On three sepperate occasions I sent a pair of shoes in for various problems. I had a basketball shoe in the early 90's that had a two chamber pump with a small dial on it. The dial got broken during a game. I had a hiking boot that had hooks in place of eyelets at the top and one broke off. They replaced them without any problems whatsoever. Both without a reciept. These shoes were both relatively new.

The best however was my golf shoe. I had the Max Air atheletic style with the visible air pocket that went all the way arround the heel. I used them for an entire season and they looked pretty rough. At the very end of the year, I noticed that the chamber on one off the shoes had gone flat. I must have stepped on something. They took them back in the condition they were in. Knowing that it was late in the year and a slow turn arround could make me miss the rest of the season, they had the retailer I bought them from give me a full credit and replace them in the store instead of waiting to send me new ones.

This is one of the reasons I always wear Nike shoes and not just for golf. I run two gyms, so I wear atheletic shoes every day and I play basketball in a league in the Winter. It's always Nike for me. By the way, I also have a Nike Swoosh tatoo on my left shoulder. How's that for brand loyalty?

I also had a good experience with Nike Golf. Their customer service was awesome. I had a broken 8 iron after more than a year and they fixed it. I even didn't have to pay for any shippings and fees to get it done. It was very quick too!

I just got a chance to read all of these posts and I must say I am really impressed. It's always nice to hear a customer service story like this.

What? They didn't make Tiger deliver the driver at your house? What a lousy service ... lol, just kidding. That really is an impressive story.

after reading that I feel guilty playing my Sasquatch clones, but darnit... I'm in law school and need to budget... it was $220 for Driver and 3-wood or $500+. Not to mention I like to look (no big grey moonshaped thing - it's the same color) of the clones better and I put the shaft I wanted in them... one with a nice mid kickpoint. Plus they hit just as good, but that story is impressive, and I do feel guilty now.

I guess I'll get over next time I bomb a 300 yarder out there!
