2nd update. I received the second package. Golfsmith messed up again...but in my favor. Instead of getting me a 2005 Cleveland launcher 3 wood. They sent me a Cleveland Launcher 2009 wood. I'm still upset that I haven't gotten any more of my e-mail responded to, and I haven't gotten any updates on my headcover and other wedge.

Sounds like someone down there is playing Golf Club Roulette. :-)

I recently ordered a re-gripping kit from them and it arrived very quickly.  Once I opened it, the solvent had leaked all over my grip tape because it was not sealed very well.  I tried calling them but their recording says they were working on changing something (I can't remember exactly what it was), so I decided to email them instead.  I received a response the next day telling me that they were shipping out a replacement kit immediately.  So for them to ship out a replacement kit with no questions asked is a plus in my book!  I would just let them know about the wedge and see what they will do about it before trying to sell it locally.
