Fellow I know, got a couple backers and spent a couple months playing monday qualifiers for a mackenzie tour spot. Apparently need top 10 finish. Don't know his handicap but the few times playing with him, he's shot 72.

He continued to shoot 72 each monday, never broke top ten. 

I know most of only dream about shooting 72 4 days in a row, but the reality is to be in the top 10 in any of these events it seems like breaking par is a must.
