Ping i20 driver, any early feedback?

Went to a demo day that had the tour van and a launch monitor on Wednesday last week. Ended up buying a 10.5 driver with 6.0 Project X shaft and a 15˚ fairway with the 6.0 shaft as well. I hit them both great. Tried it out with a few of the upgrade shafts, but the Project X gave me the best results on the monitor. Should have them both by the end of the week....can't wait.

Thank you so much for all these posts!  This has really helped me.  I am looking into buying the i20 Driver with an aftermarket Miyazaki 72x shaft.  It sounds like a great Head, but is contingent on the proper shaft for your swing!  Super Excited!

Just a follow up on this post, a little late to the party.  I have been playing the i20 driver for about a month and a half or so now.  I do like it a lot.  Have not noticed much for gained distance, but the ball spins way less than my old R11.  It is nice and straight.  The only thing that I have troubles with that I did not have with my R11 is that it seems to launch very high sometimes even hitting the center of the face.  This is probably due to the way I am swinging it though and not the club.  But I did get the 9.5 with the stock shaft that is supposed to be stiffer and launch lower than the project x option.  Overall though I will take a high launch every once in a while when I am hitting many more fairways this year.

I have a G10 10.5* with the ProLaunch Red shaft in it, and I haven't found a driver that works better for me. I demo'd the i20, the R11S, the RBZ, even a Titleist, and didn't quite find one I liked as much. I might, however, think about switching to a 9*, now that my swing speed is a little higher than when I got it.
