Synonyms: triple eagle, double albatross.

I'd be interested to see the stories behind when this happened.  My guess is that in most cases, there were a lot of strange things that happened to help the ball along, or the par 5 was actually playing at a shorter distance than what would reasonably be a par 5 (for the players capability).
