Like the title says, I have too much inside to inside movement with my putter.  I would like to have a less pronounced inside takeaway, and a more DTL forward swing.

Any drills to help with this?

Try having the elbow more bent at set-up and check that the eyes are over the ball.  Might feel like your bending over more and like the shoulders are more shrugged.

practice taking it straight back,......i usually watching the putter head on the practice swings and rotate my head to follow it to ensure im swinging dtl,...during the actually stroke i keep an eye on it out the corner of my eye but keep my head still over the ball

depends if your a mechanical player or feel player

the drill from mike above is very good for both

First, you're standing to the side of the ball with  a stick that originates from a point that is to the side of the ball - so arc is inevitable.

I find a neutral setup - everything square - feet, knees, hips, shoulders, eyes, etc. with the grip setup so it is over the zipper (neutral) and the shaft straight up and down - is best for me. I have about a hands width between grip and body. I keep my lower body very quiet, and mainly use my shoulders to make the stroke - but if you turn your shoulders in a quick (short) arch, your putter will show lots of arc. Feel as if the shoulders turn wide and that should lessen the amount of arc - think WIDE
