Hey guys and girls, I'm going to Kiawah for the PGA and I was wondering what I should do when I get there. Is there a website where I can find out practice round tee times? Can I ask the golfers for autographs or is that frowned upon? And if it's ok to ask them, when do I ask? While they're on the range or after their practice round? I just don't know what to expect and would like somebody with practice round experience to give me an idea. Thanks everybody!!

Honestly I think you'll figure it out when you get there. You'll see what others are doing, and copy them. Most players have their own Sharpie because they don't like having them shoved in their faces (potential for injury - seriously) but have one handy if the occasional player doesn't have one. Be polite and try not to look like someone who's going to sell the stuff on eBay.

Personally I never really understood getting autographs. I'd rather explore the course, see how pros practice, get a feel for the shots, etc. Try to see every hole and spend some time watching play on all of them.

Go to Folly Beach, eat crabs, and drink beer.  That's what I would do.

What do you want to do?  If it's just to get autographs, hang out by the range or practice green, or near the players' entrance to the clubhouse.  If it's to see the course or learn a little about how the pros prepare, do as Iacas says.

I would recommend getting there early, as soon as the grounds open.  Many pros want to practice before the crowds arrive, plus you can move around better.
