My jaw is on the floor. I'm assuming this is faked somehow?!?!?!?!! If not, this rivals the Chuck Norris video where he straddles two airplanes at 30,000ft:-D

I don't think it's fake..  Maybe someone with more experience with videos can give their insight, but I believe these guys are crazy enough to try a stunt like this!

Sure doesn't look faked. I love the comment I see on youtube:

Gotta love the way MAJ's tummy forms a prefect semi-circle. I'm surprised he doesn't have a cigar in his mouth and a glass of red wine on the ground...

360 degree vision on youtube. That must be some kind of camera to take this footage.  I've seen this idea on real estate sites or other places where they encourage you to take a tour. Never on a youtube video though.

And here's an interesting idea for a bed if you live on a fault line.

I'm sure you've seen the camera before @RandallT, it was used in golf telecasts.

I must live a sheltered life. I've only seen the 360 steering on static things like hotel lobbies or real estate postings for houses. The whole idea of shifting the view up and down while he's climbing a tree kinda rocked my world. God, I'm old.

Nah. The sheer breadth of advances in tech nowadays is stupid crazy.

i couldn't help wondering what would happen if you were just getting up and one of those earthquake beds snapped shut? Sure, your torso would be nice and safe inside with plenty of water and even first aid kits to help mend your boo-boos, but your head would be stranded on the outside!!

Yeah, the closure rate on those was pretty severe. I could not do the coffin ones - prefer the ones with a little room to wriggle out if you can.

Also, what's the trigger? Would an extra enthusiastic adult romp set the thing off? Better keep an emergency cell phone in there with the provisions.

A must for the fully prepared urban survivalist, though.

Every swing is a snowflake. Potato quality, but looks like it went pretty straight.

    • Great suggestion. Unfortunately, we did that and our offer was rejected.  Regarding owing special support. Our experience has shown you are right, as management has not helped us promote the rules of golf.  My (apparently unrealistic) thought is that should not be considered "special support" as they are running a golf course.
    • Thanks for the reply, but this is off topic. The posted question is about the whether we should expect course administrators to promote the rules of golf.  LCP was just an example. (About that example, see Committee Procedures model local rules 8E-2 and 8E-3. Many clubs improperly combine these two rules, allowing LCP everywhere.)
    • Day 92: range session at lunch. Worked on driver a bit - needed to get the ball teed further forward. Filmed my swing as well. Then did a stack session.
    • Day 278 - Happy with the practice today. Arms up, good turn, shift weight, arms down, rotate. Then do it again, blended together. Even filmed some swings for my member swing post.
    • Been working on a fuller backswing and getting more open at impact. These are moving in the right direction, but there’s still room for improvement.
