LOL .. sorry, I had to google that ... didn't realize it was the movie about Libby!! Ha!  Team A in shambles!!!!!!!!!!! I don't need to go to the range cuz I'm already "in the zone" for this weekend. Pak, I looked up "golfer" in the dictionary ... you know what it said?  Not you. ;)

The only zone your in is the Twilight Zone! I am gonna be waiting for Rod Serling to announce your name on the first tee!

Anyways ... Had a great time, and B team was victorious!! Everybody contributed, however, Brandon (bplewis24) came away with MVP honors after a solid 81! (Net 69 I believe??) Thanks to everyone who

Nah, you don't need to practice!  You've got Pakoh and Golfswine to carry you all day.  Let them try and carry the team and see how they hold up!

Me too!!  I know of a couple of total clowns who went out there yesterday and just the bed all over the back 9!  I definitely don't want to be like them.

Just bumping this because I had to go back several pages to find it. :)  EDIT:  And adding the scoring rules too for same reason:

The best three scores on each hole will count. Since Group E only has 3 people, all of their scores will count on every hole. However, since they don't have a throw out score, they will play with 100% of their course handicap where as everybody else is playing with 80%.

DOUBLE EDIT:  This comment about Group E is old.  I believe as of now, Group E will be 4 people, but Group D is probably going to be 3, so the rule will apply to them, since Jeffke cant make it.

It's not my chart!  But you're right.

Tristan, we going with 6/15 handicaps or sticking with 6/1 caps?  If 6/15, you gotta put me down to 6.8.  (But everybody else has to come down too Paks! ;))

      Day 82: mirror work again tonight. Working on the same shoulder down and roll and twist stuff. Going on vacation tomorrow and putting the clubs down, so new streak starts in about 10 days!

      Day 44, June 17.  Today was some preliminary stretching, exploring what I'll want to set up as a regular routine (both while on vacation without clubs and when I'm back) (aside: this is part of an upcoming goal to stretch daily in a meaningful way, but I don't plan to count it as practice on days that I can meaningfully practice with a club)

      Having a rough week. Went to the Dr. because I was really weak and could hardly swing my driver.  I take Propranolol 20 mg tablets twice a day. Seems like the Propranolol was driving my pulse down (low 50's).  So we cut the dosage in half and I started taking my blood pressure. It was a little high but pulse came up.   Then yesterday I raised it to 15 mg tab by taking it 3 times a day. Blood pressure 127 / 77 Pulse 75.  Heading out tomorrow morning for 18 holes.    I have my driver set at 10.5* but seem to have my swing speed to low and I can't get the lift on the ball I need.  I have not played this week in hopes I will have the strength to raise my swing speed. I may have to raise my loft to 12* . (I will take my driver wrench) tomorrow. (This Parkinson's is a pain in the butt.)  Will give you a report when I get back.    Retired Old Man, Terry

      You still got to lift your arms. You basically just roll your wrist over in the 1st half of the backswing.
