I understand being pumped up after that, but I meant the shouting and gesturing to the crowd over a dozen times on the playoff holes.  If you were watching, he never stopped. He was doing it between every shot, and there was one moment where they showed Duke and you could tell he was getting annoyed.   So it isn't pointless.  It's my opinion.  He overdid it and went from celebrating during the playoff holes, to being unsportsmanlike.

He would take his hat off and wave it around to get the crowd going. I don't think there's anything wrong with it, they were just walking when he was doing it. Spectator sports are more fun when the athletes are getting into it and engage the crowd.
