That's not really the best way to go when using HTML (like on this forum).

And since y'all cannot enter HTML directly, here's how you do it here on this site: [ent]deg[/ent] = ° "ent" stands for entity, and will encapsulate whatever's in the middle between "&" and ";". So, some other examples: [ent]eacute[/ent] = é [ent]ntilde[/ent] = ñ [ent]ouml[/ent] = ö [ent]frac12[/ent] = ½ [ent]trade[/ent] = ™ P.S. On a Mac, it's just option-k in non-HTML documents (word processors, etc.). Yet another thing that's easier on a Mac...

Hmmm, I've always used ALT + 0176. I know that most of those symbols have a couple different codes for them, but I didn't know what the 2nd one was for the degree symbol.

And since I know zip about html, that is all new to me... good info though.

option-k on a Mac these days. No need for HTML since we have a rich text editor and use UTF.
