So Ive got this cool older driver. The Knight Billy Club I have mentioned before. Its a long shaft and I know that's okay cause it was built for a 6'5 (past) tour pro. I was told it was drilled and weighted. Sure enough there is a hole drilled in the bottom with what looks like a lead patch over it. This is the club I used to hit sooo far with. Is it a legal club??

Very much prior! It was matched with some of the earliest WS CBs. In an ugly brown Dunlop fake alligator skin bag and an ancient Ping putter. ( I love that putter. Lol )

USGA.

Driver heads manufactured prior to 1999 are exempt from the requirement of this Condition.
