Buying new clubs

I was at the Golf Galaxy in Rockville, MD (great store btw) and I hit a x-hot driver and rbz stage 2 driver. I can say that I loved the x-hot. As a high handicapper I loved the fact that the ball always seemed to go straight. Now I just need to decided on irons. What are a nice set of irons for a beginner golfer and high handicapper?

Take a look at Golf Magazines review for 2013 game improving irons.

I would recommend the Mizuno JPX-825 Irons. But everyone has a different swing and opinion. You need to just spend the afternoon with a professional at your local store and hit as many clubs as you can. Take your golf shoes and your glove and get ready to hit more balls than you would at the range.

I switched to the JPX 825 about a month ago and could not be more pleased. The feel is great and they look great too. They are not just for higher handicap players at all. I can easily see me playing these these sticks into a single digit handicap (hopefully next year!). But the answer is go and hit them... And as many others a suit your eye.

XHot Irons ... has all the technological whiz bang with the ultra thin face without needing a slot.

I just picked up some cobra amp cell irons for a good price give those a look.
