Sunday is the River Course, and I've been watching that forecast for rain.  We'll have the waterproofs and umbrellas, and survive somehow. Monday is the Straits, and that should be fine.   As for hitting it 270, I can do that, downhill, downwind, on hard fairways.  I may be playing one further forward.

There are bail out areas on nearly every par 4 and par five.  Get a yardage book, look for them and aim for that side of the fairway.  I essentially aimed at the edge of the fairway on one side or the other on every 4 and 5 there.  You do that and you will stay out of a lot of trouble.  In the bailout rough there is a good thing.  Shot an 85 I think.
