I read this book and found it to be excellent. The drills in the book are very efficient I feel. In fact, I just returned from a full day of instruction at Mike Bender's Academy. A fantastic and eye opening experience for me. I like the way the book is laid out and the teaching dialogue is easy to follow. I know many people love the Dechambeau ideology where mathematics, TracMan stuff is dissected but that's not my style at all. I think it's a good book for any level player. Any way, thumbs up from me.

This is my go to book.  My instructor works directly with Mike Bender.   Drills are very useful. Book well organized. Dovetails nicely with my golf lessons when I need a tune up.
