Why Don't You Book Tee Times Online

All I have to do is ask Google for the phone number for the course I want, and I'm connected.  No hassle with trying to type on the phone, something I only do when  I have no other choice.  I'm not a texting addict - it's easier to just call the course.  If I'm at home I go directly the course website and pick the time I want, not the block of times from a discounter.  For me, that's more important than the discount.  Then too, I get my discounts from my Avid Golfer Passport as long as I'm playing here in Colorado.

The courses I play recently have their own web interface. Municipal course- county run.

I'll use GolfNow from time to time, if the price is ridiculously good. Usually on a whim.

FWIW, I generally dislike incentives like miles or gift cards. My trash company had something like that for a while. It was complex to figure out how much I was earning toward rewards, and after a couple years, it seemed like I was partially on my way to getting $5 off on an order of $50 or more at Applebee's. Woohoo.   The amount of business one would need to do to get a reward that is significant is usually way more than I'm likely to do, so I just end up thinking what a lot of overhead to maintain such a system. I'd prefer the company just stay lean and mean, and focus on the core business at hand (not razzle dazzle me with frills like reward points).

We are adding gift cards as a reward next week. Just to give you an idea of the value: the minimum reward is a $5 gift card and on some tee times you can earn up to a $100 gift card on 1 foursome.

There are not a lot of courses where I live, but there are some. The on line tee times apps send me "deals" that turn out never to apply to where I live. That's annoying enough to uninstall the app right there/

I don't like having to pay in advance, even for a solo round. I'm kind of a cash transaction type of guy.  But I use GolfNow for cheap deals and am forced to use a credit card when I do.
