Shot under 50 again on 9 with a 49 glad to see i'm under again. Would love to play 18 if timed allowed to see if I could break 100.

Ok I went out again today and played and shot a 71 on a par 69 SSS 69 course
I did hit two balls and take the best score from each hole

2 Birdies 4 Bogeys 12 Pars

It was 90 and sunny today. Thank goodness the rain is over for the winter...

Shot 57 for 9 holes. A bit worse than usual, but how I shot it was unusual. The first 8 holes were all double bogey. That includes #8, which was lost off the tee. Went back, reteed, hit a beautiful drive, 9 iron on, two-putted. Why couldn't that have been on the first ball!? Things fell apart a bit on #9, lost the second shot.. well, probably lost. Played a provisional that was decent, didn't look too hard for the first one. Finished with a 10 after a 3-putt which was kind of a downer, but oh well.

Driving was generally excellent. Was ~50% of fairways, with an average of probably 200 yards, which is good for me. Usually I'm lucky to find ANY fairways... All the tee shots until #9 were well hit, as well; #9 was a bit of a worm burner, but not bad, still rolled out to 150 or so just off the fairway. Too bad I pulled the 5W... All in all a very encouraging day. Relaxing and having some faith in my swing paid off on the drives. Should easily have had 2-3 birdies or pars, just need to work on my irons now.

I shot my first ever bogey free round today!!! 1 birdie and 17 pars. Only hit 8 greens but my wedges and putter were on fire!!!

shot 76 today in a tournament at devils ridge CC came in first!!!

fairway: 8 (hit the driver badly today)
greens: 11(found a way to hit greens with out hitting fairways :D)

Played the St. Ives Golf Club in Stanwood, MI. Shot 49 on the front and 49 on the back. A beautiful and very challenging course. The only problem is finding the ball in the leaves. Sister course to Tullymore which is top 10 course.

Played the home track muni today. It was 74 degrees!

I walked 27 holes - back, front, back. I shot 37, 36, 38.

On the last 9 holes I hit the first 8 Greens in Reg and made NO BIRDIES. Doubled the last hole.

I played the Mizunos today.

+3, 37. Solid round. Gets my high school average back down into the 30s. I'm only a sophomore, but hopefully this summer I can look at some colleges. That'd be sick.

I shot a 83 Best round yet! Bad Drives, Good irons, long putts so- so inside 6 feet amazing. Chipping was like tiger, not kidding every chip inside 30 yards was within 5 feet. One from 30 yards I knocked to 1 foot and made par. And in rough almost chip in it hit pin and went to 1 feet and made that par. But no birdies.

      Ok, I'm trying to find a feel to hit a consistent ball flight (irons).  My current predicament.  1. I try to do the arms down stuff better, with the club feeling like it is way behind me more. It's just a cluster of results. Most of the time, I can't get any speed on the swing. If I get my arms down faster, I just throw them out.  2. I focus all my attention on turning better. Pushing off with my left leg and getting my right side through better. On the DTL view, this doesn't produce anywhere close where the hands and club should be. The result is usually ball first contact, lower ball flight, more centered contact.  At this point, I am going with option 2. Stop thinking about what the hands do. Just make a shorter backswing, keep it wide, turn through. Somehow, the club head finds the ball. My focus is so much on just making sure I turn, it's like, "Oh, that contact was better.... Oh, that bell flight looks playable." If not, I will just be practicing my entire summer.

      Nope, they spent too much money. They are in over 28 million on the football roster and related NIL compensation at this point. Boosters associated with any Texas college football team has HUGE sway. The AD is between a rock and a hard place. They put a lot of money into Sorsby, at the chance of winning a NC this year. If you move on, you basically wasted a lot.  This is why Ohio State wants 3 QB's they feel can start. That is why the backups the past 5 years at some point transfer. Texas Tech has no backup near the quality of Sorsby. If they move on, they are screwed for 2026.
