Has anyone experimented with the new exercise bands.  I hear that they really do help.  I was wanting to get some of them.  Before I did I wanted to know what others experience has been with them.

Are you referring to a particular product and/or exercise program?(Joey D, etc?) Exercise bands have been around a long time.

I use them all the time for both therapy exercises and core work using Joey D's program and a few others. The good thing about them is you can use them anywhere and not just at a gym.
