On reddit's golf subreddit, someone posted his online lesson and asked for opinions. Here's the post and here is the online video lesson. What would you think is his primary piece to address and how would you try and fix it?

It looks like face on, camera is placed too far right and down the line, it's turned too left rather than aimed straight - distorts the swing plane and turn.

He's very steep from the top, shaft is pointing inside ball (camera angle probably makes it look more so) and his hands look like they're behind him. I would try to get him to shallow more from the top and get the hands more towards the ball rather than straight down.

Wow, yeah that move down needs to be addressed, and would be my first thing to do with him.  Just getting that butt end of the club starting on a better line.  His backswing and follow through looked good, it's just the actual downswing hitting the ball that needs work.  There's several drills that could help him.  Just got to find the one that clicks best.

His elbows pull way apart and his right elbow gets behind him, so of course the shaft steepens. Gonna have a heck of a time shallowing the club with his right elbow back around there.

Would swinging with a football or small soccer ball between his elbows/arms help him out with this?

I also found the instructor talking about "swinging left" to be confusing. Maybe he means it as the opposite of swinging down at the ball because he's so steep but it certainly wasn't descriptive enough. Too many feels.
