Realizing there would be no one answer fits all, but is it reasonable to expect the same losses throughout the bag?  say one is losing 10-15 yards with a particular club, should that hold more or less true with the others?

I would think a percentage range of loss might be a better estimate than a yardage range. But I'm thinking that most people will have the club or two in the bag that they just don't make contact with as well as others, so the yardage loss wouldn't be the same across the board.

I find that with my lowest lofted iron, my 5 iron, I have to hit that with my near fastest swing speed for it to take off.  If I swing with less swing speed I'll lose distance with that iron disproportionately to the rest.

My lob wedge is my most sensitive club distance wise when it comes to adding loft or decreasing loft with shaft lean.

My 4w (I don't carry a 3w)  and driver will lose disproportionate distance if I fade or slice as compared to my irons.

So, for me it isn't necessarily proportional.
