The new Zetterberg?

Being from the same little dump in the north of Sweden I'm a big fan of Henrik Zetterberg's original team Timrå IK, and we have a kid named Elias Pettersson this year. Just 17 years old but destined for greatness. Expected to go high in next years NHL draft. Any thoughts from overseas?

Don't know of him, but filling Henrik's shoes is more than talent.  The Zetterberg work ethic is what separates him from so many others.  His long term contract is one of the few that actually made sense.

Since my Ducks stink this year, maybe I'll get to see this kid up close.

I hope you will. He's awesome. Not just an ego player. Classic hard worker and an amazing goal scorer. I'm not pulling the Zetterberg-parallell out of my ass. You'll see him over there in a year or two :)

I don't really follow the prospects a whole lot, but the fella seems to be on a lot of people's radar. He's on better than a point-a-game pace in Sweden's First Division.

Still, it's always a pretty tough thing to say where a youngster will end up down the line. NHL history is chock full of first round busts and late round Hall of Famers.
