Naturally, these will be expensive and have your usual 1.0 problems, but it's just a matter of time before they get cheaper and mass market. 3 quarters thick.

I don't know that OLED is great at reproducing colors very well. Isn't that still the knock on them?

For tv watching,  OLED tvs they look pretty good to me, but I'm not overly discerning. I like the better viewing angles and lower power consumption.

That's old so not all of those are accurate anymore. Burn-in would be bad.

Cross fingers, by the time I'm in the market for one, some of those will have automagically gone away or at least mitigated. :-D But yeah, OLED definitely has its problems.

In general, hopefully tvs will get thinner and thinner and we'll more and more feel like we're at Augusta National in the comfort of our living rooms. :beer:
